When you submit a Viet Linh Agrimex Lead Gen Form on LinkedIn, LinkedIn sends us the information shown in the form after you review and submit it. Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, phone number, job title, company name, sourcing requirements and preferred contact method.
We use that information only for the purposes described in the form and this Policy, including responding to the enquiry and contacting you through your selected method. Any separate marketing use will be identified separately where required.

Email, telephone and WhatsApp
If you provide a telephone number and select WhatsApp or telephone as your preferred contact method, you authorize Viet Linh Agrimex to contact you about the enquiry you submitted. We will identify our business and the reason for the message or call.
- We use WhatsApp only where you have provided a mobile number and indicated that you want to be contacted through WhatsApp.
- Enquiry follow-up does not automatically subscribe you to promotional messages.
- Marketing messages require a separate choice where applicable and may be stopped at any time.
- You may reply STOP, ask our representative to stop, block the number, or email us to withdraw your WhatsApp or telephone permission.

International data transfers
Viet Linh Agrimex is based in Vietnam. If you submit an enquiry from India or another country, your information will normally be transmitted to and processed in Vietnam. Our technology, communications, advertising and logistics providers may also process data in other countries.

How long we retain personal data
We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose described in this Policy:
- Inactive or unsuccessful enquiries: normally up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction.
- Optional marketing records: until you withdraw consent or after 24 months of inactivity, unless renewed or another lawful basis applies.
- Security and technical logs: normally up to 12 months, unless a longer period is needed to investigate an incident.
- Customer, contract, order, shipment and transaction records: for the commercial relationship and afterward for periods required by accounting, tax, customs, trade, dispute or other applicable laws.
- Opt-out records: a minimal suppression record may be kept so that we can continue to honor your request not to receive specified communications.
